Is there any timeline to send a complaint related to Product issues after delivery?
Yes, we accept any Product related issue within 07 days of timeline from the date of delivery.
And our support desk resolve it based on the nature of issue and after understanding the issue further we would decide to refund or reprint the order for you.
We don't accept any complaints if it was raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.
